Esta \u00e9 a segunda fase do projeto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Na primeira, ocorrida em agosto, figuraram os cart\u00f3rios de Barra do Bugres, Nova Mutum, Primavera do Leste e Ros\u00e1rio Oeste, os quais j\u00e1 est\u00e3o aptos a receberem as pessoas interessadas em renegociar suas d\u00edvidas. Em Primavera do Leste, por exemplo, ocorreram 23 negocia\u00e7\u00f5es no m\u00eas passado, enquanto que em Nova Mutum foram 33 em agosto, somando 49 at\u00e9 o momento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0O Instituto de Estudos de Protesto de T\u00edtulos do Brasil Se\u00e7\u00e3o Mato Grosso (IEPTB-MT), representante dos 79 Cart\u00f3rios de Protesto do Estado, informa, por meio de sua presidente, Velenice Dias, que essa iniciativa beneficiar\u00e1 todas as pessoas que est\u00e3o inadimplentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u201cA partir de hoje ocorre a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o dos cart\u00f3rios que podem renegociar d\u00edvidas, ou seja, j\u00e1 est\u00e1 sendo poss\u00edvel as pessoas inadimplentes parcelarem os d\u00e9bitos junto aos credores, o que antes n\u00e3o acontecia por falta de previs\u00e3o legal, isto \u00e9, o pagamento deveria ser \u00e0 vista. Agora, a medida \u00e9 poss\u00edvel em virtude da publica\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"http:\/\/corregedoria.tjmt.jus.br\/arquivo\/6afcee5c-d5d8-4267-9d01-6eba307174b9\/provimento-n-18-2018-cgj-pdf\">Provimento 18\/2019<\/a>, da Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a de Mato Grosso (CGJ-MT), que autoriza os cart\u00f3rios a realizarem esse procedimento\u201d, destaca Velenice Dias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A presidente do Instituto de Protesto acrescenta que os cart\u00f3rios-piloto est\u00e3o prontos para atenderem os cidad\u00e3os interessados em quitar suas d\u00edvidas. \u201cOs cart\u00f3rios-piloto contam com equipes extremamente profissionais, que participaram de cursos de media\u00e7\u00e3o e que est\u00e3o \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o das pessoas para contribu\u00edrem com a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de suas pend\u00eancias.
