Pela Emam estiveram presentes os diretores geral e adjunto, ju\u00edzes Eduardo Calmon e Emerson Cajango, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A inten\u00e7\u00e3o das institui\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 promover o curso junto aos not\u00e1rios e registradores. Por enquanto, os representantes de ambas entidades acordaram que o curso ter\u00e1 dura\u00e7\u00e3o de cinco dias, totalizando 40 horas. O not\u00e1rio\/registrador atua diretamente junto \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o como grande conselheiro jur\u00eddico e garantidor da seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica e, para tanto, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio estar capacitado, atualizado e por dentro de todas as transforma\u00e7\u00f5es e inova\u00e7\u00f5es do direito e essa \u00e9 uma oportunidade formid\u00e1vel para se adquirir mais conhecimento e qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, frisou a tabeli\u00e3 substituta do Cart\u00f3rio Xavier de Matos, Eliza Santa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Ela acrescentou que as normas da Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a preveem, inclusive, que essa capacita\u00e7\u00e3o seja destinada aos escreventes, que tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e3o atuar no processo de media\u00e7\u00e3o extrajudicial. \u201cA media\u00e7\u00e3o extrajudicial vem para somar aos in\u00fameros atos j\u00e1 praticados pelos cartor\u00e1rios, tais como div\u00f3rcios, invent\u00e1rios, mudan\u00e7a de nome e g\u00eanero, dentre outros, sendo mais uma forma de desjudicializa\u00e7\u00e3o, permitindo que processos judiciais possam ser resolvidos junto \u00e0s
