O Provimento entrou em vigor imediatamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0De acordo com o texto legal, o C\u00f3digo Nacional de Normas da Corregedoria Nacional de Justi\u00e7a do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a \u2013 Foro Extrajudicial\u00a0(CNN\/CN\/CNJ-Extra) passa a vigorar acrescido do art. 110-A, com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 <em>\u00a0\u201cArt. 110-A. A certid\u00e3o de inteiro teor de escrituras de autocuratela ou de escrituras declarat\u00f3rias que veiculem diretivas de curatela no caso de futura interdi\u00e7\u00e3o somente poder\u00e1 ser fornecida ao pr\u00f3prio declarante ou mediante ordem judicial.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico.
