O Provimento entrou em vigor imediatamente, \u201c<em>com efeito retroativo a 25\/05\/2025<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0De acordo com o texto legal, o Provimento CN-CNJ n. 143\/2023, passa a vigorar com as seguintes altera\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u201c<em>Art. 14 (&#8230;)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0III \u2013 em qualquer hip\u00f3tese, at\u00e9 25\/05\/2026. (NR)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(&#8230;)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Art. 15.
