{"id":45146,"date":"2025-04-09T14:35:01","date_gmt":"2025-04-09T18:35:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.anoregmt.org.br\/novo\/?p=45146"},"modified":"2026-04-27T06:46:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-27T10:46:11","slug":"arpen-brasil-lanca-cartilha-especial-com-as-normas-para-registro-civil-de-nascimento-e-alteracao-de-nomes-de-pessoas-indigenas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.anoregmt.org.br\/novo\/arpen-brasil-lanca-cartilha-especial-com-as-normas-para-registro-civil-de-nascimento-e-alteracao-de-nomes-de-pessoas-indigenas\/","title":{"rendered":"Arpen-Brasil lan\u00e7a cartilha especial com as normas para registro civil de nascimento e altera\u00e7\u00e3o de nomes de pessoas ind\u00edgenas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional dos Registradores de Pessoas Naturais (Arpen-Brasil) lan\u00e7ou, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira, 8 de abril, a cartilha <em>\u201cRegistro Civil Ind\u00edgena: Guia Explicativo sobre as normas de Registro Civil de Nascimento de Pessoas Ind\u00edgenas\u201d<\/em>, visando informar a popula\u00e7\u00e3o ind\u00edgena sobre os direitos e procedimentos relacionados ao registro civil de nascimento, conforme a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Conjunta CNJ\/CNMP n\u00ba 12, de 13 de dezembro de 2024, que alterou a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Conjunta CNJ\/CNMP n\u00ba 3, de 19 de abril de 2012.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A cartilha contou com o apoio do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a (CNJ), do Conselho Nacional do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico (CNMP), da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional dos Povos Ind\u00edgenas (Funai) e do Minist\u00e9rio dos Povos Ind\u00edgenas (MPI).
