(NR)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00a7 1\u00ba Quando, na serventia, a forma de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o do ISSQN incidir na modalidade <\/em><em>&#8220;por dentro&#8221;, ou seja, quando o \u00f4nus tribut\u00e1rio recair sobre o tabeli\u00e3o (prestador do servi\u00e7o), <\/em><em>haver\u00e1 a presente dedu\u00e7\u00e3o. (NR)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00a7 2\u00ba O valor repassado ao juiz de paz ser\u00e1 deduzido da taxa do FUNAJURIS <\/em><em>constante no caput e no \u00a7 1\u00ba, quando aplic\u00e1vel. (NR)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00a73\u00ba A Coordenadoria de Tecnologia e Informa\u00e7\u00e3o (CTI) do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a <\/em><em>dever\u00e1 promover a exclus\u00e3o do valor repassado ao juiz de paz da arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o do Cart\u00f3rio, <\/em><em>assegurando que o montante n\u00e3o seja computado na base de c\u00e1lculo do Imposto de Renda.
