8.078, de 11 de setembro de 1990 (C&oacute;digo de Defesa do Consumidor), em todos os contratos firmados em estandes de vendas e fora da sede do incorporador ou do estabelecimento comercial;<\/div>\n<div style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: inherit; font-family: &quot;Open Sans&quot;; font-size: 14px; vertical-align: baseline; color: rgb(52, 52, 52); text-align: justify;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-variant-numeric: inherit; os valores pagos pelo adquirente, deduzidos os valores descritos neste artigo e atualizados com base no &iacute;ndice contratualmente estabelecido para a corre&ccedil;&atilde;o monet&aacute;ria das parcelas do pre&ccedil;o do im&oacute;vel, no prazo m&aacute;ximo de 30 (trinta) dias ap&oacute;s o habite-se ou documento equivalente expedido pelo &oacute;rg&atilde;o p&uacute;blico municipal competente, admitindo&shy;se, nessa hip&oacute;tese, que a pena referida no inciso II do caput deste artigo seja estabelecida at&eacute; o limite de 50% (cinquenta por cento) da quantia paga.<\/div>\n<div style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; realizado em parcela &uacute;nica, ap&oacute;s o prazo de 180 (cento e oitenta) dias, contado da data do desfazimento do contrato.<\/div>\n<div style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: inherit; font-family: &quot;Open Sans&quot;; font-size: 14px; vertical-align: baseline; as informa&ccedil;&otilde;es acerca da possibilidade do exerc&iacute;cio, por parte do adquirente do im&oacute;vel, do direito de arrependimento previsto no art. 49 da Lei n&ordm; 8.078, de 11 de setembro de 1990 (C&oacute;digo de Defesa do Consumidor), em todos os contratos firmados em estandes de vendas e fora da sede do loteador ou do estabelecimento comercial;<\/div>\n<div style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: inherit; font-family: &quot;Open Sans&quot;; font-size: 14px; vertical-align: baseline; color: rgb(52, 52, 52); text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; vertical-align: baseline; color: rgb(52, 52, 52); text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: inherit; font-family: &quot;Open Sans&quot;; font-size: 14px; vertical-align: baseline; color: rgb(52, 52, 52); text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: inherit; font-family: &quot;Open Sans&quot;; font-size: 14px; vertical-align: baseline; color: rgb(52, 52, 52); text-align: justify;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&sect; 1&ordm; Identificada a aus&ecirc;ncia de quaisquer das informa&ccedil;&otilde;es previstas no caput deste artigo, ser&aacute; concedido prazo de 30 (trinta) dias para aditamento do contrato e saneamento da omiss&atilde;o, findo o qual, essa omiss&atilde;o, se n&atilde;o sanada, caracterizar&aacute; justa causa para rescis&atilde;o contratual por parte do adquirente.<\/div>\n<div style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: inherit; font-family: &quot;Open Sans&quot;; font-size: 14px; vertical-align: baseline; color: rgb(52, 52, 52); text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"box-sizing: border-box; vertical-align: baseline; color: rgb(52, 52, 52); text-align: justify;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&sect; 2&ordm; A efetiva&ccedil;&atilde;o das consequ&ecirc;ncias do desfazimento do contrato, mencionadas no inciso V do caput deste artigo, depender&aacute; de anu&ecirc;ncia pr&eacute;via e espec&iacute;fica do adquirente a seu respeito, mediante assinatura junto a essas cl&aacute;usulas, que dever&atilde;o ser redigidas conforme o disposto no &sect; 4&ordm; do art. 54 da Lei n&ordm; 8.078, de 11 de setembro de 1990 (C&oacute;digo de Defesa do Consumidor).&quot;<\/div>\n<div style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-variant-numeric: inherit; atualizados com base no &iacute;ndice contratualmente estabelecido para a corre&ccedil;&atilde;o monet&aacute;ria das parcelas do pre&ccedil;o do im&oacute;vel, podendo ser descontados dos valores at&eacute; o equivalente a 0,75% (setenta e cinco cent&eacute;simos por cento) sobre o valor atualizado do contrato, cujo prazo ser&aacute; contado a partir da data da transmiss&atilde;o da posse do
