A transmiss\u00e3o ser\u00e1 realizada pelo canal do RIB no\u00a0YouTube, e conta com a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o do\u00a0Instituto de Registro Imobili\u00e1rio do Brasil\u00a0(IRIB) e do\u00a0Col\u00e9gio Notarial do Brasil \u2013 Conselho Federal\u00a0(CNB-CF).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A live\u00a0tem como escopo debater o\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irib.org.br\/app\/webroot\/files\/downloads\/files\/DJ47_2024-ASSINADO_%20(excerto)pdf.pdf\">Provimento CN-CNJ n. 161\/2024<\/a>, que alterou o\u00a0C\u00f3digo Nacional de Normas da Corregedoria Nacional de Justi\u00e7a do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a \u2013 Foro Extrajudicial\u00a0(CNN\/CN\/CNJ-Extra), atualizando disposi\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a deveres de preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 lavagem de dinheiro e ao financiamento do terrorismo e da prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o de armas de destrui\u00e7\u00e3o em massa (PLD\/FTP).
