O procedimento permite a transfer\u00eancia de um im\u00f3vel para o nome do comprador por cart\u00f3rio, caso o vendedor n\u00e3o cumpra com suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es contratuais, sem a necessidade de acionar a Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0As regras para o processo de adjudica\u00e7\u00e3o compuls\u00f3ria pela via extrajudicial est\u00e3o definidas no provimento 150\/23.
