registr\u00e1rios em raz\u00e3o da transfer\u00eancia de matr\u00edcula para outra circunscri\u00e7\u00e3o imobili\u00e1ria por altera\u00e7\u00e3o da compet\u00eancia territorial ou quaisquer outras
