A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o foi conduzida pela diretora de Tecnologia da Anoreg-MT, Maria Aparecida Bianchin, e pelos colaboradores Matheus Nascimento e Rafael Nunes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Eles explicaram todos os procedimentos necess\u00e1rios a serem seguidos pelas serventias para que n\u00e3o incorram em eventuais penalidades aplicadas pela Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Destacaram que a CEI-MT informa o cart\u00f3rio sobre as situa\u00e7\u00f5es dos envios dos atos (verde = envio ok; laranja = envio justificado; e vermelho = envio pendente), bem como indica as especialidades a serem enviadas. Neste caso, informaram que at\u00e9 o momento n\u00e3o h\u00e1 obrigatoriedade em justificar os dias retroativos, mas que a Corregedoria tem acesso ao relat\u00f3rio que mostra se determinado dia teve ou n\u00e3o o envio. Caso a serventia n\u00e3o justifique na CEI-MT, a Corregedoria pode emitir um relat\u00f3rio e solicitar informa\u00e7\u00f5es do motivo do ato n\u00e3o ter sido enviado, cabendo ao cart\u00f3rio prestar informa\u00e7\u00f5es.
