O\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.irib.org.br\/app\/webroot\/files\/downloads\/files\/Edital%20de%20Consulta%20P%C3%BAblica%20(excerto).pdf\">Edital de Consulta P\u00fablica<\/a>\u00a0expedido pela CN-CNJ foi publicado em 19\/05\/2023 e tem como objetivo coletar propostas que possam aprimorar a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o proposta, as quais dever\u00e3o ser encaminhadas exclusivamente por meio de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/formularios.cnj.jus.br\/consulta-publica-consolidacao-normativa-do-extrajudicial\/\">formul\u00e1rio eletr\u00f4nico<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Segundo o Edital, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnj.jus.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/codigo-de-normas-corregedoria-v02-3.pdf\">minuta de ato normativo<\/a>\u00a0estar\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o para conhecimento dos interessados at\u00e9 o prazo final para coleta das sugest\u00f5es. Segundo sua\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnj.jus.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/codigo-de-normas-anexo-01-exposicao-motivos-2.pdf\">Exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de Motivos<\/a>, assinada pelo Corregedor Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, Ministro\u00a0Luis Felipe Salom\u00e3o, o C\u00f3digo de Normas Nacional \u00e9 \u201cuma consolida\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os atos normativos do Corregedor Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, relativamente aos servi\u00e7os notariais e registrais. O objetivo \u00e9 eliminar a dispers\u00e3o normativa atual, que, al\u00e9m de dificultar consultas pelos usu\u00e1rios, \u00e9 potencialmente nociva \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica, seja pela falta de sistematicidade, seja por dificultar a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de revoga\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e1citas, de uma norma por outra.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0
