O Vice-Presidente do\u00a0Instituto de Registro Imobili\u00e1rio do Brasil\u00a0(IRIB),\u00a0Jos\u00e9 de Arimat\u00e9ia Barbosa, apresentou a palestra intitulada \u201cTokeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de Neg\u00f3cios Imobili\u00e1rios\u201d com o Ex-Presidente do IRIB e Presidente da\u00a0Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Not\u00e1rios e Registradores do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul\u00a0(ANOREG\/RS),\u00a0Jo\u00e3o Pedro Lamana Paiva. J\u00e1 o 2\u00ba Tesoureiro do IRIB,\u00a0Andr\u00e9 Villaverde de Ara\u00fajo\u00a0falou sobre gest\u00e3o, lideran\u00e7a e intelig\u00eancia emocional para profissionais dos Cart\u00f3rios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A palestra de Arimat\u00e9ia teve como objetivos \u201capresentar elementos que demonstram a falibilidade t\u00e9cnico\/jur\u00eddica dos contratos eletr\u00f4nicos, quando analisados com vistas \u00e0 vulnerabilidade das excessivas normas jur\u00eddicas, desprovidas de princ\u00edpios na sua elabora\u00e7\u00e3o, fragilizadas pelo imp\u00e9rio da lei subjugado pela lei imperial ditada por blocos internacionais de poder\u201d e \u201crefletir sobre a exist\u00eancia de um poder difuso que ultrapassando fronteiras, estende sua rede por toda sociedade civil, influenciando os sistemas econ\u00f4mico\/financeiro mundiais sobre os nacionais e regionais, denominado por Giorgio Agambem, como campo; onde o estado de exce\u00e7\u00e3o ou poderes excepcionais tornam a regra.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a
