Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Not\u00e1rios e Registradores do Estado de Mato Grosso (Anoreg-MT) informa que o governador do Estado sancionou a Lei n\u00ba 11.961, de 13 de dezembro de 2022, a qual altera a Lei n\u00ba 7.550\/2001, que fixa os valores dos emolumentos relativos aos atos praticados pelos servi\u00e7os notariais e de registro, institui o Fundo de Compensa\u00e7\u00e3o aos Registradores Civis das Pessoas Naturais e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Conforme a nova lei, fica alterado o art. 7\u00ba da Lei n\u00ba 7.550\/2001, que passa a vigorar com as seguintes altera\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u201cArt. 7\u00ba O Fundo de Compensa\u00e7\u00e3o aos Registradores Civis das Pessoas Naturais &#8211; FCRCPN ser\u00e1 utilizado, tamb\u00e9m, para a complementa\u00e7\u00e3o da renda m\u00ednima das serventias deficit\u00e1rias, que ser\u00e1 devida a uma \u00fanica serventia da localidade ou a que for resultante da anexa\u00e7\u00e3o das serventias da mesma ou de outras naturezas, que comprovar insuficiente falta de recursos em raz\u00e3o do baixo movimento dos servi\u00e7os, cuja renda bruta da serventia decorrente do recebimento de emolumentos, ainda que somados os de todas as naturezas de servi\u00e7os anexos, n\u00e3o atingir 07 (sete) sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos no m\u00eas, em 2022, e 10 (dez) sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos no m\u00eas, em 2023\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Tamb\u00e9m fica acrescentado o \u00a7 4\u00ba ao art. 9\u00ba da Lei n\u00ba 7.550\/2001, com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u201cArt. 9\u00ba (&#8230;) <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(&#8230;) <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a7 4\u00ba O Fundo manter\u00e1 contabilidade pr\u00f3pria, independente do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual, ficando obrigado \u00e0 presta\u00e7\u00e3o anual de contas ao Tribunal de Contas do Estado at\u00e9 30 de mar\u00e7o do ano
