A\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/LEIS\/L6015compilada.htm\">Lei de Registros P\u00fablicos<\/a>\u00a0foi atualizada em muitos pontos (novos t\u00edtulos, certid\u00f5es, o SERP, extrato, qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o, retifica\u00e7\u00e3o, usucapi\u00e3o e adjudica\u00e7\u00e3o compuls\u00f3ria extrajudiciais, compet\u00eancias, procedimentos, prazos, e muito mais), como tamb\u00e9m a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/leis\/l4591.htm\">Lei de Incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o Imobili\u00e1ria<\/a>\u00a0e do\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/leis\/L6766compilado.htm\">Loteamento<\/a>\u00a0(novos memorial, documentos, a incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o de casas isoladas, o novo condom\u00ednio, patrim\u00f4nio de afeta\u00e7\u00e3o, dispensas, etc).
