de Normas Gerais da Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Foro Extrajudicial (CNGCE) est\u00e1 sendo alterado pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio e, desta vez, o Provimento TJMT\/CGJ n\u00ba 19\/2022 acrescenta o artigo n\u00ba 1.489-A; institui o Capitulo IV-A, Uni\u00e3o Est\u00e1vel; e acrescenta ao referido Cap\u00edtulo a Se\u00e7\u00e3o II &#8211; Patrim\u00f4nio na Uni\u00e3o Est\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Confira abaixo as reda\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 <em>\u00a0\u201cArt. 1.489-A No regime de separa\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria de bens, dever\u00e1 o oficial do registro civil informar aos nubentes da possibilidade de afastamento da incid\u00eancia da S\u00famula 377 do Supremo Cap\u00edtulo a Se\u00e7\u00e3o II &#8211; Patrim\u00f4nio na Uni\u00e3o Est\u00e1vel, do C\u00f3digo de Normas Gerais da Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Foro Extrajudicial \u2013 CNGCE, com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<strong>Capitulo IV-A<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Da Uni\u00e3o Est\u00e1vel<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Se\u00e7\u00e3o II &#8211; Patrim\u00f4nio na Uni\u00e3o Est\u00e1vel<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Art. 1.532-A Na escritura p\u00fablica declarat\u00f3ria de uni\u00e3o est\u00e1vel, as partes poder\u00e3o deliberar sobre as rela\u00e7\u00f5es patrimoniais, nos termos do art. 1.725, do C\u00f3digo Civil, inclusive sobre a exist\u00eancia de bens comuns e de bens particulares de cada um com descri\u00e7\u00e3o da matr\u00edcula e do registro imobili\u00e1rio.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a7 1\u00ba Quando for adotado o regime de bens diverso da comunh\u00e3o parcial, dever\u00e1 ser esclarecido que este somente ser\u00e1 v\u00e1lido a partir da formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova escritura p\u00fablica espec\u00edfica que altere o regime patrimonial legal.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a7 2\u00ba Verificada uma das hip\u00f3teses descritas no artigo 1.641, do C\u00f3digo Civil, no momento da lavratura da escritura p\u00fablica declarat\u00f3ria de uni\u00e3o est\u00e1vel, \u00e9 l\u00edcito aos conviventes, por meio de outra escritura p\u00fablica espec\u00edfica, afastar a
