Com tal medida, as partes poder\u00e3o optar se desejam realizar as comunica\u00e7\u00f5es processuais por meio dos Cart\u00f3rios de\u00a0Registro de T\u00edtulos e Documentos. N\u00e3o havendo recurso para vota\u00e7\u00e3o no Plen\u00e1rio da C\u00e2mara dos Deputados, o PL seguir\u00e1 para an\u00e1lise e vota\u00e7\u00e3o no\u00a0Senado Federal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0O PL acrescenta o \u00a7 4\u00ba ao art. 236 do <a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2015-2018\/2015\/lei\/l13105.htm\">C\u00f3digo de Processo Civil<\/a>, estabelecendo que \u201cos atos processuais de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e3o ser realizados, a crit\u00e9rio da parte, pelo servi\u00e7o de registro de t\u00edtulos e documentos.\u201d Segundo o autor do PL, o projeto busca maior desformaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do processo com a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimentos extrajudiciais, a fim de garantir a efetividade do direito material, destacando que \u201ca fun\u00e7\u00e3o notificante \u00e9 inerente ao registro de t\u00edtulos e documentos, nos termos do artigo 160, da Lei federal n\u00ba 6.015\/73. Assim \u00e9 que, por tais motivos, a proposta procura evoluir na quest\u00e3o da pr\u00e1tica dos atos processuais, explicitando o que j\u00e1 est\u00e1 contido nas disposi\u00e7\u00f5es do atual C\u00f3digo de Processo Civil, disponibilizando \u00e0 parte a faculdade de escolher o meio de realiz\u00e1-los, judicial ou extrajudicialmente, resultando um efeito pr\u00e1tico muito \u00fatil aos advogados e, tamb\u00e9m, grande contribui\u00e7\u00e3o ao trabalho do aparelho judicial, assoberbado com milh\u00f5es de processos, mormente na atual conjuntura, devido aos efeitos da pandemia do
