Esta norma obriga os cart\u00f3rios a anotarem nas escrituras p\u00fablicas de compra e venda de bens im\u00f3veis o nome e o n\u00famero de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no Conselho Regional de Corretores de Im\u00f3veis da pessoa f\u00edsica ou jur\u00eddica respons\u00e1vel pela intermedia\u00e7\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios imobili\u00e1rios. Caso n\u00e3o tenha havido intermedia\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoa f\u00edsica ou jur\u00eddica no neg\u00f3cio imobili\u00e1rio, este fato tamb\u00e9m deve constar na referida escritura p\u00fablica, sob pena de multa de at\u00e9 100 UPF\/MT.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A Anoreg-MT, com o intuito de auxiliar as serventias, elaborou os seguintes modelos de reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quando houver intermediador<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Pelas partes foi declarado, nos termos da Lei Estadual n. 11.618, de 13\/12\/2021, que houve intermedia\u00e7\u00e3o no presente neg\u00f3cio imobili\u00e1rio, por meio do(a) corretor(a) &#8230;.. (ou Imobili\u00e1ria&#8230;..), devidamente inscrito(a) no Conselho Regional de Corretores de Im\u00f3veis &#8211; CRECI sob n.xxx. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quando n\u00e3o houver intermediador<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Pelas partes foi declarado, nos termos da Lei Estadual n. 11.618, de 13\/12\/2021, que n\u00e3o houve intermedia\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoa f\u00edsica ou jur\u00eddica no presente neg\u00f3cio imobili\u00e1rio.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Por fim, a Anoreg-MT recomenda e orienta que, apesar de aludida lei conter v\u00edcio de iniciativa na propositura do projeto de lei, tornando-a inconstitucional, o que ser\u00e1 objeto de ADI, que se deve cumpri-la, pois
