A determina\u00e7\u00e3o consta do art. 1\u00ba do <a href=\"https:\/\/atos.cnj.jus.br\/atos\/detalhar\/4280?idU=1\">Provimento CNJ n. 124\/2021<\/a>, que estabelece o prazo para a universaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do acesso por todas as unidades de Registros de Im\u00f3veis do Brasil ao sistema operado pelo Operador Nacional do Registro Eletr\u00f4nico de Im\u00f3veis (ONR), sob regula\u00e7\u00e3o da Corregedoria Nacional de Justi\u00e7a (CNJ).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Vale lembrar que o descumprimento das disposi\u00e7\u00f5es contidas no Provimento poder\u00e1 configurar infra\u00e7\u00e3o disciplinar, na forma da Lei n. 8.935\/1994, conforme reda\u00e7\u00e3o do Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico do art. 4\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
