O Provimento entrou em vigor imediatamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Segundo o Provimento, at\u00e9 o dia 15 de fevereiro de 2022, os Registros de Im\u00f3veis dos Estados e do Distrito Federal ser\u00e3o integradas ao SREI, diretamente por meio do\u00a0Servi\u00e7o de Atendimento Eletr\u00f4nico Compartilhado\u00a0(SAEC), operado pelo ONR. Disp\u00f5e o Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico do art. 4\u00ba, que \u201co descumprimento das disposi\u00e7\u00f5es deste Provimento, pelas unidades de registro de im\u00f3veis, poder\u00e1 configurar infra\u00e7\u00e3o disciplinar, na forma da Lei n. 8.935, de 18 de novembro de 1994.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a
