O evento foi realizado no dia 25 de novembro, em Sorriso, com os temas \u201cSelo de Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal e Estadual\u201d, \u201cPrograma Titula Brasil, Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria de Assentamentos Rurais do Incra de Glebas P\u00fablicas Federais\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Bruno Becker, que ajudou na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do semin\u00e1rio, informou que estiveram presentes representantes de 16 munic\u00edpios da regi\u00e3o, bem como o secret\u00e1rio especial de Assuntos Fundi\u00e1rios do Minist\u00e9rio da Agricultura, Pecu\u00e1ria e Abastecimento, Luiz Ant\u00f4nio Nabhan Garcia, e servidores do Incra de Bras\u00edlia e da Superintend\u00eancia Regional de Mato Grosso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u201cO evento foi muito importante porque conseguimos reunir servidores p\u00fablicos de 16 munic\u00edpios aqui da regi\u00e3o e construir um plano de trabalho conjunto para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria dentro do Programa Titula Brasil. Em palestra, falamos sobre a experi\u00eancia de Nova Ubirat\u00e3 como \u2018case\u2019 de sucesso e a nossa expectativa \u00e9 que a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria ganhe novos contornos com novas metas a serem atingidas a partir desse evento\u201d, registrou Bruno Becker.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o em Nova Ubirat\u00e3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Bruno Becker atuou ativamente no projeto piloto de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria rural de Nova Ubirat\u00e3, uma iniciativa da Comiss\u00e3o de Assuntos Fundi\u00e1rios do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado de Mato Grosso, da qual a Anoreg\/MT faz parte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0O intuito do projeto foi promover o desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico sustent\u00e1vel do munic\u00edpio, formar cadeias produtivas (emprego e renda), estruturar a empresa familiar (apoio e fortalecimento ao pequeno e m\u00e9dio produtor) e titula\u00e7\u00e3o\/escritura\u00e7\u00e3o da propriedade urbana e rural.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0De acordo com o registrador, cerca de 70% dos lotes e das ch\u00e1caras do munic\u00edpio estavam sem documenta\u00e7\u00e3o, o que impedia a expans\u00e3o urbana. Exemplos apresentados por eles s\u00e3o dos distritos: Entre Rios, Novo Mato Grosso, Parque \u00c1gua Limpa, Piratininga, Santa Terezinha do Rio Ferro, Santo Ant\u00f4nio do Rio Bonito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Na zona rural existiam quatro Projetos de Assentamentos (PAs) sem titula\u00e7\u00e3o: PA Piratininga; PA Boa Esperan\u00e7a I, II; PA Santa Terezinha II e PA Cedro Rosa. Ao todo s\u00e3o 950 lotes em uma \u00e1rea de 78.572,43.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0O projeto beneficiou cerca de 3800 pessoas diretas, sendo 3 mil em assentamentos e 800 em zona rural.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Atualmente, 75% dos lotes de assentamentos rurais do Incra j\u00e1 foram regularizados atrav\u00e9s da emiss\u00e3o do t\u00edtulo definitivo de propriedade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Para implementar o projeto, o munic\u00edpio criou o Conselho Municipal de Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria e Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico Sustent\u00e1vel (Conredes), que \u00e9 constitu\u00eddo por representantes do poder p\u00fablico e da sociedade civil, e tem como objetivo acompanhar e
