Al\u00e9m desse projeto, a comiss\u00e3o analisou outras sete mat\u00e9rias durante a terceira reuni\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria realizada na manh\u00e3 de hoje (24).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0O projeto, de autoria do deputado Thiago Silva (MDB), define diversas condi\u00e7\u00f5es e estabelece os procedimentos para regulamentar a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria rural e urbana, estabelecendo diretrizes aos estados e munic\u00edpios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u201cA regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria, tanto na zona urbana como rural, j\u00e1 vem acontecendo com mais agilidade nos \u00faltimos tempos. Essa \u00e9 uma regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o que d\u00e1 mais embasamento \u00e0s a\u00e7\u00f5es que a comiss\u00e3o j\u00e1 vem realizando para garantir a entrega desse documento t\u00e3o importante para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d afirmou o vice-presidente da comiss\u00e3o, deputado Elizeu Nascimento (PSL). Ele destacou a import\u00e2ncia da parceria com o Instituto de Terras de Mato Grosso (Intermat) e o Instituto Nacional de Coloniza\u00e7\u00e3o e Reforma Agr\u00e1ria (Incra) no avan\u00e7o dos trabalhos para regularizar situa\u00e7\u00f5es e processos que aguardam h\u00e1 mais de duas d\u00e9cadas por uma defini\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Elizeu destacou a import\u00e2ncia social da regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria e agr\u00e1ria. \u201cO documento definitivo de moradia rural ou urbana \u00e9 compar\u00e1vel \u00a0a um documento pessoal como RG. A partir dele as pessoas t\u00eam autonomia e liberdade com seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica para cuidar e investir na sua propriedade.
