A c\u00e9dula representa uma promessa de entrega futura de um produto, funcionando como uma facilitadora na produ\u00e7\u00e3o e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o rural. Todo produto de origem agropecu\u00e1ria pode ser objeto da CPR, sendo os mais comuns aqueles que tem maior liquidez no mercado, como os agr\u00edcolas ou pecu\u00e1rios in natura, os beneficiados e industrializados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Faz-se importante lembrar que para ter efic\u00e1cia perante terceiros, a CPR deve ser registrada no Cart\u00f3rio de Registro de Im\u00f3veis do domic\u00edlio do emitente. Caso haja penhor, hipoteca ou aliena\u00e7\u00e3o fiduci\u00e1ria, deve ser registrada, tamb\u00e9m, no Cart\u00f3rio de Registro de Im\u00f3veis no qual os bens est\u00e3o empenhados ou alienados fiduciariamente. Empres\u00e1rios e produtores rurais de Mato Grosso podem enviar a CPR para registro por meio da Central Eletr\u00f4nica de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o e Informa\u00e7\u00f5es (CEI-MT), plataforma institu\u00edda pela Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do estado e gerenciada pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Not\u00e1rios e Registradores de Mato Grosso (Anoreg-MT).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Para inserir o t\u00edtulo na CEI-MT, basta fazer o cadastro, solicitar o servi\u00e7o na aba \u201ce-Protocolo\u201d, e completar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es requeridas pela Central. Todos os Cart\u00f3rios do estado est\u00e3o interligados pela plataforma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A diretora de Tecnologia da Anoreg-MT, Maria Aparecida Bianchin, destaca que o procedimento feito pela CEI-MT \u00e9 seguro e r\u00e1pido. \u201cOs Cart\u00f3rios de Mato Grosso possuem tecnologia avan\u00e7ada para oferecer o melhor servi\u00e7o. Por meio da nossa Central \u00e9 poss\u00edvel o usu\u00e1rio fazer o pedido de registro de uma CPR, por exemplo, e receber o documento, em poucos dias, pela pr\u00f3pria plataforma\u201d, diz a diretora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Para que seja um instrumento v\u00e1lido, a CPR dever\u00e1 conter: a denomina\u00e7\u00e3o &#8220;C\u00e9dula de Produto Rural&#8221;; a data da entrega; o nome do credor e cl\u00e1usula \u00e0 ordem; promessa pura e simples de entregar o produto, sua indica\u00e7\u00e3o e as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es de qualidade e quantidade; o local e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es da entrega; a descri\u00e7\u00e3o dos bens cedularmente vinculados em garantia; a data e lugar da emiss\u00e3o; a assinatura do emitente.<\/p>\n<p
