Os encontros, aos s\u00e1bados, ser\u00e3o realizados pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Not\u00e1rios e Registradores do Estado de Mato Grosso (Anoreg-MT) e Escola Mato-grossense de Not\u00e1rios e Registradores (Emnor) at\u00e9 o dia 10 de julho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A primeira palestra foi com o juiz de direito titular da 2\u00aa Vara Especializada de Viol\u00eancia Contra a Mulher em Cuiab\u00e1, Jeverson Luiz Quintieri, que abordou o tema \u201cPlanejamento Estrat\u00e9gico\u201d. Inicialmente, ele destacou ser autor e ter implantado no Poder Judici\u00e1rio os m\u00e9todos de gest\u00e3o judici\u00e1ria \u201cOrdem\u201d e \u201cMeecp\u201d. Uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o existe para satisfazer as necessidades dos clientes\u201d, pontuou o juiz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Jeverson Quintieri abordou as fun\u00e7\u00f5es de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o (produ\u00e7\u00e3o, marketing, recursos humanos, financeiro, pesquisa e desenvolvimento), afirmando que o cart\u00f3rio, quanto mais investir em capacita\u00e7\u00e3o da equipe, mais ter\u00e1 qualidade, produ\u00e7\u00e3o e satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o do colaborador\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Por fim,
