Desse modo, o interino n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 direito ao recebimento do mencionado valor do ato de lavratura do protesto, pois, al\u00e9m de j\u00e1 ser remunerado pelo Estado pelo m\u00fanus que exercer, todos os custos para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do ato e da execu\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades na serventia sob a sua tutela s\u00e3o arcados exclusivamente pelo Poder P\u00fablico\u201d.<\/p>\n<p
