Dentre muitos pontos importantes, ele disse que n\u00e3o d\u00e1 para pensar na inexist\u00eancia do livro caixa. \u201cO primeiro item da contabilidade \u00e9 a escritura\u00e7\u00e3o de receitas e de despesas. \u00c9 a principal fun\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria. No livro caixa tem que inserir todas as receitas do m\u00eas (emolumentos recebidos) e escriturar as despesas a pagar, olhando para as regras tribut\u00e1rias. Uma das primeiras coisas que devem ser feitas \u00e9 a sele\u00e7\u00e3o das despesas que ser\u00e3o colocadas no livro caixa, sendo este o momento para buscar assessoria e n\u00e3o fazer coisa errada\u201d, pontuou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Destacou, ainda, que os cart\u00f3rios s\u00e3o entes despersonalizados, n\u00e3o podendo ter conta banc\u00e1ria nem, por exemplo, contratar funcion\u00e1rios pelo CNPJ, haja vista esse procedimento ser de responsabilidade do respons\u00e1vel pela serventia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Antonio Herance tamb\u00e9m abordou os temas \u201cA apura\u00e7\u00e3o do IRPF \u201cCarn\u00ea-le\u00e3o\u201d do novo delegat\u00e1rio\u201d; \u201cAs quest\u00f5es relacionadas com a transi\u00e7\u00e3o (dep\u00f3sito pr\u00e9vio, acerto financeiro decorrente da \u2018transfer\u00eancia\u2019 dos m\u00f3veis e equipamentos etc)\u201d; \u201cPrioridades na \u00e1rea trabalhista\u201d; \u201cAs Declara\u00e7\u00f5es sobre Opera\u00e7\u00f5es Imobili\u00e1rias (DOI e DOITU)\u201d; e respondeu os questionamentos feitos pelos participantes.<\/p>\n<p
