Foram inclu\u00eddos no texto legal os arts. 20-A a 20-F.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0De acordo com as altera\u00e7\u00f5es trazidas pela nova lei, os Fiagro ser\u00e3o constitu\u00eddos sob a forma de condom\u00ednio de natureza especial, que poder\u00e1 ser aberto ou fechado, destinado \u00e0 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, isolada ou conjuntamente, em im\u00f3veis rurais, dentre outras hip\u00f3teses, com prazo de dura\u00e7\u00e3o determinado ou indeterminado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A nova lei ainda permite que os Fiagro poder\u00e3o arrendar ou alienar os im\u00f3veis rurais que venham a adquirir e que \u201cos im\u00f3veis rurais destinados \u00e0 integraliza\u00e7\u00e3o de cotas dos Fiagro dever\u00e3o ser previamente avaliados por profissional ou por empresa especializada, nos termos de regulamento.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a
