O documento orienta sobre os atos preparat\u00f3rios para o encerramento dos contratos de trabalho dos prepostos que laboram nas unidades vagas do servi\u00e7o extrajudicial do Poder Judici\u00e1rio, que ser\u00e3o providas (por ingresso ou remo\u00e7\u00e3o) em virtude de Concurso P\u00fablico para Outorga das Delega\u00e7\u00f5es, e fixa diretrizes e a\u00e7\u00f5es a serem executadas pelos interinos atualmente designados para o gerenciamento desses cart\u00f3rios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Conforme o documento, dever\u00e1 o interino realizar dilig\u00eancias no sentido de assegurar a regularidade nas esferas administrativa, fiscal (tribut\u00e1ria), trabalhista e previdenci\u00e1ria aplic\u00e1veis, bem como manter e apresentar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es pertinentes ao gerenciamento da unidade vaga no relat\u00f3rio de transmiss\u00e3o de acervo que ser\u00e1 encaminhado ao juiz corregedor permanente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0No ato das dilig\u00eancias exigidas, o interino dever\u00e1 observar os classificadores previstos no artigo 92 do C\u00f3digo de Normas Gerais da Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Foro Extrajudicial \u2013 CNGCE, especialmente os relacionados aos recolhimentos das taxas administrativas do FUNAJURIS E FCRCPN, os procedimentos fiscais como pagamento de ISSQN, se houver, IRPF do Interino e dos prepostos, verbas trabalhistas (FGTS e demais contribui\u00e7\u00f5es) e previdenci\u00e1ria (GPS), todos com a c\u00f3pia das guias e comprovantes de pagamento\/recolhimento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0De acordo com a instru\u00e7\u00e3o normativa, todos os not\u00e1rios e registradores interinos, que sejam
