Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 preciso apresentar identidade e certid\u00e3o de nascimento da pessoa a ser reconhecida. Ap\u00f3s a an\u00e1lise dos requisitos pelo registrador civil, o \u2018processo\u2019 \u00e9 encaminhado ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico para an\u00e1lise.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Segundo a presidente da Anoreg-MT, a pessoa reconhecida afetivamente ter\u00e1 o nome dos dois pais ou m\u00e3es em seu registro civil, bem como gozar\u00e1 dos mesmos direitos de um filho biol\u00f3gico e, os pais, os mesmos deveres de amor, carinho, sustento, pagamento de pens\u00e3o (se for o caso), dentre outros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Por fim, Velenice Dias ressaltou que todo esse procedimento tamb\u00e9m pode ser feito de forma online, por meio da Central Eletr\u00f4nica de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o e Informa\u00e7\u00f5es (CEI-MT), ou seja, n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria a presen\u00e7a no Cart\u00f3rio de Registro Civil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
