78040-225, vem, informar o que se segue:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A atividade cartor\u00e1ria \u00e9 servi\u00e7o essencial \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o, com previs\u00e3o legal no art. 236 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal de 1988, bem como disciplinado em lei pr\u00f3pria (Lei 8.935\/94).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conforme previsto no art. 1\u00ba <a href=\"https:\/\/atos.cnj.jus.br\/atos\/detalhar\/3362\">Provimento 107\/2020<\/a> do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a \u2013 CNJ, a atividade cartor\u00e1ria deve manter as suas centrais, em aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao fato de ser servi\u00e7o essencial, bem como pelo princ\u00edpio da continuidade do servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A CGJ-MT por sua vez, reconheceu a natureza emolumentar dos valores cobrados a t\u00edtulo dos servi\u00e7os notariais e registrais prestados por interm\u00e9dio da CEI \u2013 Central Eletr\u00f4nica de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o e Informa\u00e7\u00f5es, \u00e0 saber: buscas e visualiza\u00e7\u00f5es, conforme se depreende do <a href=\"http:\/\/corregedoria.tjmt.jus.br\/arquivo\/14b1cb8b-caea-4220-a6fc-6881caae250e\/provimento-n-28-2020-cgj-pdf\"><strong>Provimento 28\/2020-CGJ<\/strong><\/a> e da decis\u00e3o exarada no <a href=\"http:\/\/cia.tjmt.jus.br\/Documento\/PdfViewer.ashx?id=1071740&amp;ts=1610463339&amp;signature=8c370854c192857a71a24ab9ed585aaa76dfb1f6\"><strong>Expediente <\/strong><strong>0024647-81.2020.8.11.0000<\/strong><\/a>, leia-se:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Diante disso, est\u00e1 justificada e autorizada a pretens\u00e3o da Anoreg em ver os servi\u00e7os de visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o (fac simile) e o de busca (consulta) realizados por meio da CEI-MT descritos como servi\u00e7os t\u00edpicos da atividade notarial e registral, cobrados do usu\u00e1rio, em raz\u00e3o da expressa previs\u00e3o dos respectivos valores constantes no Anexo I da Lei estadual n. 7.550\/2001.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Logo, para parte da manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da CEI, ser\u00e1 retido 50% dos valores arrecadados pelos servi\u00e7os notariais e registrais prestados pela CEI e o restante ser\u00e1 transferido \u00e0s serventias titulares dos acervos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
