Fica proibida a inclus\u00e3o, nos registros de casamento anterior, do nome do novo c\u00f4njuge de uma das partes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0O autor, deputado <a href=\"https:\/\/www.camara.leg.br\/deputados\/204538\">Paulo Bengtson (PTB-PA)<\/a>, explica que a certid\u00e3o de casamento com averba\u00e7\u00e3o de div\u00f3rcio \u00e9 o documento pessoal das partes com casamento desfeito. E que, no caso de um novo casamento, alguns cart\u00f3rios t\u00eam inclu\u00eddo o nome do novo c\u00f4njuge no documento da uni\u00e3o desfeita.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A medida, segundo ele, gera constrangimento e n\u00e3o tem utilidade pr\u00e1tica, j\u00e1 que, para quem est\u00e1 no novo casamento, o documento pessoal \u00e9 o registro da uni\u00e3o atual, enquanto a parte divorciada fica com a certid\u00e3o de div\u00f3rcio com o registro do c\u00f4njuge atual do ex.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u201cAl\u00e9m da inutilidade do registro, tal anota\u00e7\u00e3o configura clara viola\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 dignidade da pessoa que se mant\u00e9m divorciada, pois n\u00e3o \u00e9 justo que esta carregue em sua certid\u00e3o de casamento o nome da pessoa que se casou com seu ex-c\u00f4njuge\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Pelo projeto, os registradores dever\u00e3o anotar, no registro do casamento desfeito, apenas os seguintes dados: a data do novo casamento; o livro; a folha; o n\u00famero do termo; e o servi\u00e7o registral em que \u00e9 lavrado o
