Segundo o parlamentar, ele foi cobrado pela popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A tabeli\u00e3, Velenice Dias, respondeu o of\u00edcio informando que a serventia \u00e9 fiscalizada pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio e que as medidas adotadas seguem portarias editadas pela Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0O vereador, em tribuna, repassou a informa\u00e7\u00e3o aos interessados e reconheceu que as serventias est\u00e3o cumprindo determina\u00e7\u00f5es. Com isso, a ideia, segundo ele, \u00e9 criar uma normativa local a fim de reconhecer como essenciais os servi\u00e7os prestados pelos cart\u00f3rios, a exemplo do que ocorre com o Provimento 95 do CNJ
