Isso \u00e9 poss\u00edvel gra\u00e7as a um conv\u00eanio firmado entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es em 2018, ratificado em agosto de 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Com o intuito de orientar os cart\u00f3rios sobre os procedimentos a serem seguidos, a Anoreg-MT informa que a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o de venda deve ser requerida por meio de formul\u00e1rio confeccionado por ela, bem como o requerimento deve ficar arquivado na serventia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Al\u00e9m disso, ressalta que o reconhecimento de firma deve ser realizado por verdadeiro; as comunica\u00e7\u00f5es de venda podem ser realizadas tanto pelo comprador quanto pelo vendedor; o requerimento padr\u00e3o deve estar acompanhado do CRLV com firma reconhecida por ambas as partes; e que tanto o comprador quanto o vendedor podem requerer a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o de venda, mesmo que o reconhecimento de firma se d\u00ea em momentos distintos e em serventias diferentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0No caso de comprador ou vendedor com idade entre 16 e 18 anos, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1ria a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos deles e de seus pais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A serventia deve receber o valor da taxa do Detran-MT e repass\u00e1-lo semanalmente \u00e0 Anoreg-MT, que o encaminhar\u00e1 \u00e0 autarquia competente, conforme conv\u00eanio firmado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Por fim, o Provimento 28\/2019, nos termos do \u00a7 2\u00ba, do artigo 280-I, estabelece que os emolumentos corresponder\u00e3o \u00e0queles atribu\u00eddos pela certid\u00e3o expedida ao Detran-MT, nos termos previstos na Tabela A, item 6, al\u00ednea a, da tabela de emolumentos do foro extrajudicial, sem preju\u00edzo da contrapresta\u00e7\u00e3o pecuni\u00e1ria decida pelo ato de reconhecimento de firma na forma da tabela vigente.<\/p>\n<p
