Controv\u00e9rsia acerca das consequ\u00eancias do atraso na entrega de um im\u00f3vel financiado pelo programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida \u2013 PMCMV, com subven\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica estatal. 2. Cabimento de indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o por danos morais em virtude do longo atraso na entrega do im\u00f3vel (mais de doze meses ap\u00f3s o per\u00edodo de toler\u00e2ncia) por se tratar de im\u00f3vel adquirido por fam\u00edlia de baixa renda no \u00e2mbito do \u201cPrograma Minha Casa, Minha Vida\u201d, com aux\u00edlio estatal por meio de subven\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica. Julgado anterior desta TURMA. 3. Exist\u00eancia de acordo, homologado judicialmente, mediante o qual se prorrogou o prazo de entrega do im\u00f3vel para al\u00e9m do per\u00edodo contratual de toler\u00e2ncia. 4. Descumprimento do acordo pelas demandadas, n\u00e3o tendo sido conclu\u00edda a obra no novo prazo pactuado. 5. Circunst\u00e2ncia agravante da culpa das demandadas, intensificando o abalo ps\u00edquico sofrido pelos adquirentes. 6. Cabimento da indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o por danos morais na esp\u00e9cie. 7. Restabelecimento dos comandos da senten\u00e7a, em que a indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o fora arbitrada em R$ 10.000,00 (dez mil reais), valor que se mostra adequado aos par\u00e2metros de razoabilidade adotados por esta Corte Superior em casos semelhantes. 8.
