Os bens objeto de penhora ou de hipoteca constitu\u00eddos por c\u00e9dula de cr\u00e9dito rural, industrial, comercial ou pela nota de cr\u00e9dito comercial, ainda em vigor, n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o penhorados, arrestados ou sequestrados por outras d\u00edvidas do emitente ou do terceiro empenhador ou hipotecante, cumprindo ao emitente ou ao terceiro empenhador ou hipotecante denunciar a exist\u00eancia da c\u00e9dula \u00e0s autoridades incumbidas da dilig\u00eancia ou a quem a determinou, sob pena de responderem pelos preju\u00edzos decorrentes dessa omiss\u00e3o.\u201d
